Petcoke Stockpiles in Southeast Chicago

November 7, 2013 – Residents in Southeast Chicago say unenclosed stockpiles of petroleum coke, a byproduct of tar sands oil refinery, are blowing in the wind and polluting their communities along the Calumet River. Read the full story at Gapers Block.
